I’ve spent over a decade helping people heal — as a Doctor of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, deep tissue massage therapist, and energy healer.

But I’ve found that the most powerful transformations never come from the needles or techniques — they come from the conversations that happen during the sessions.

When I began coaching my patients through the mental and emotional roots of their pain, everything changed. We uncovered the habits, beliefs, and stress patterns that were quietly shaping their health, relationships, and work. The results were deeper, faster, and longer-lasting than anything I’d seen before.

That’s what led me into holistic life coaching — blending the wisdom of Eastern medicine with modern personal development. I help people connect the dots between body, mind, and spirit, so they can stop chasing temporary relief and start living from real alignment.

My background as a lifelong martial artist, dancer, and performer taught me the discipline, presence, and resilience that now guide my coaching.

My doctoral training refined my ability to see complex systems clearly. And my healing work taught me how to hold space — calm, grounded, and safe — so people can open up, explore, and rediscover who they really are.

Working with me feels like talking to a close friend who happens to understand business, healing, and human nature at a deep level.
